At Inter Africa LLC, we are committed to providing clarity and fairness in all our dealings. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations, refunds, and reservation changes.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing; we do not accept telephonic cancellations. The effective date for calculating any applicable cancellation charges will be the date on which we receive your written cancellation request.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the reservation. We strive to process all eligible refunds within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the quoted price is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance: The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to your arrival date.
Late Bookings: For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
More than 120 days prior to stay: Full deposit refunded, less any applicable bank charges.
120 to 45 days prior to stay: 20% of the deposit will be forfeited.
44 to 31 days prior to stay: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 30 days prior to stay (including no-shows): 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
If you fail to arrive, cancel after the departure date, or depart while a trip is in progress, all payments made will regrettably be forfeited.
